Starting November 8, 2024, we're upgrading our system to enhance your online and mobile banking experience. Our new system will offer a more intuitive and seamless interface designed to make managing your finances easier than ever. Below, you’ll find the latest information on what’s changing.

With this upgrade, you can look forward to an enhanced online and mobile banking platform, a refreshed bill pay service, new customizable e-Alerts, and much more. Keep checking this page for the latest updates and a detailed timeline of our system upgrade.

How to Access Digital and Audio Banking after the System Upgrade (beginning 11/12/2024)

Online Banking: Click the First Time User Login link and follow the onscreen instructions to have a unique login code texted or emailed to you.

Audio Baking: You will need to login with the last 4 digits of the primary member’s SSN. After the initial login, you will be required to setup a new 4 digit PIN.

Account-to-Account Transfers: Existing saved information will not transfer over and new set up will be needed. Please call the credit union to set up.

Peer-to-Peer Transfers: Existing saved information will not transfer over and new set up will be needed. Please log into online banking and set up at the billpay module.

Remember, your privacy is important to us. Never share personal information such as passwords, PINs, Social Security Numbers, or other sensitive data. Mid Cities Credit Union will never ask for this information.
