The System Upgrade is Complete!

Our new and improved online and mobile banking platforms are now live. Enjoy a seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly experience that makes managing your finances easier than ever across all channels.

What’s New?

With this upgrade, you can look forward to an enhanced online and mobile banking platform, a refreshed bill pay service, new customizable e-Alerts, and much more. 

​

How to Access Digital and Audio Banking after the System Upgrade (beginning 11/12/2024)

  • Online Banking: Click the First Time User Login link and follow the onscreen instructions to have a unique login code texted or emailed to you.

  • Audio Baking: You will need to login with the last 4 digits of the primary member’s SSN. After the initial login, you will be required to setup a new 4 digit PIN. 

  • Account-to-Account Transfers: Existing saved information will not transfer over and new set up will be needed. Please call the credit union to set up.

  • Peer-to-Peer Transfers: Existing saved information will not transfer over and new set up will be needed. Please log into online banking and set up at the billpay module.

  • Mobile App: You can download the Mid Cities Credit Union mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

Remember, your privacy is important to us. Never share personal information such as passwords, PINs, Social Security Numbers, or other sensitive data. Mid Cities Credit Union will never ask for this information.
